Les Eliez photography by David Sibley

The workshops take place in a beautiful rambling C19th French Chateau
with a music room which has two grand pianos and original wooden floors.

Until recently, this house was a Wine Growers establishment, famed for its Cote de Bourg wine.
The Chateau has many original features: open fireplaces, stone staircases, mature trees. Magnificent, tranquil grounds and separate C18th cottages set in their own courtyard - currently being converted into a dance/yoga studio. From upstairs windows you can see the vineyards and fig orchard, and 5 minutes away is the fairytale Chateau Colbert, which sells fine wines.

Food freshly prepared from delicious local Bordelaise ingredients: fresh fish from the market,
spring vegetables and local cheeses and wines. Meals are served in the charming kitchen
or outside on the lawn. Vegetarians are catered for and
local wines served with each evening meal, if required.
